NUBII

Working On Me

Nubii, a female Reggae/Funk group created in 1989, started as an accapella trio called "ONE i-na" and has matured into a seven-piece World Music ensemble. The Nubii purpose remains the same; the use of spoken word combined with rhythm and tonal harmonies to produce a strong clear vibrational field of focused positive energy.

The founders of Nubii, Tanyah Dadze and GloriaRain, have always thought of Nubii as a "good will ambassador" for the
Foundation. Nubii’s events are opportunities to feel joy and spur conversation as we manifest and materialize our healingThey create expressions of healing through spoken word & original compositions by keyboardist/songwriter Tanyah Dadze and vocalist/songwriter GloriaRain. Both have performed and recorded with award winning artists Patrice Rushen, Babatunde Olatunji, Maxi Priest, Zapp Mama and more.

Nubii is releasing the most dynamic tracks from the “Working On Me” recording.  Tanyah Dadze and GloriaRain are joined by renown World Musicians; Cuban percussionist Jesus Diaz, Nigerian guitarist Soji Odukogbe, and rock organist Robert Berry.
